Get up close and personal with animals where they are most comfortable.
Far Out Farm is the seasonal home of ponies, horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, donkeys, llamas, alpacas, cows, a camel who think she knows everything, and a pig who we let think is in charge.
These animals are “professional pets” who are under the permanent care of our sister farm, Honey Hill Farm.
Far Out Farm was built for our animals, but it was also built for our neighbors, our community, and for you.
In addition to our two covered gathering spaces, our garden, and our riding arena, you can take advantage of our “freedom to roam” policy with 100 acres of fields, ponds, creeks, and some fantastic views of this beautiful region.
*Note: Far Out Farm is under active construction and is not yet open to the public. When it is, it will continue to be developed in phases.
We’re huge fans of the human-animal connection. Really, we’re obsessed. But Far Out Farm was designed to promote the human-human connection as well.
Our mission is to create a space where humans can rebuild the sense of community we so desperately need, through a shared passion for animals, agriculture and outdoor activities.
Members enjoy special daily drop-in privileges and freedom to roam our hiking trail, creek and play structures. Come by and see your favorite animals any day of the week, help us with morning feeding, maybe even snag a couple of eggs for yourself!
Far Out Farm is still under active construction. Provide your name and email to receive news about our official opening date and early ways to get involved. This information will be used solely for that purpose!
